Creating a Safe and Respectful Workplace
Diversity & Inclusion. Workplace Safety. Psychological Safety.
Educating employees is critical to bringing diversity and inclusion, equity to life in your organization and creating safe and respectful workplaces. But reaching every employee, delivering the right content for different audiences, and translating learning to action can be a challenge. That’s why Corridor has created a unique two part online training package. The first course covers diversity and inclusion training in the workplace, along with equity and accessibility. The second course identifies bullying, workplace violence and harassment, plus educates on workplace safety and psychological safe workplaces.
Creating a workplace where integrity, fairness, professionalism and employees equipped with the skills to have constructive discussions, are the beginning of creating a safe and respectful workplace.
