A personalized printable certificate of achievement is provided once the course is completed. This certificate is available to both the employee and administrator, providing a detailed tracking record of compliance. Administrators can monitor individual employee progress and assign refresher training to a specific group or just one employee. The ability to monitor and access a detailed user audit trail gives the clinic or health professional the required documentation if a breach occurs.
