Online Training Resources

Frequently Asked Questions

How to Complete the Training

Can learners do the training from home?
Yes. Learners can do their training from any computer that has an Internet connection. Corridor’s online courses can also be accessed from iPhones, iPads and tablets.
What equipment do learners need to access their training course?
No special equipment is required other than a computer or tablet with a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, or Internet Explorer 9+) and an Internet connection.
What happens if someone is interrupted while doing the training?
Our online courses are designed to remember where you left off. You can exit your online course at any time. The next time you log in to the course, you will be able to pick up right from where you left off.
What happens after the training is completed? Does the application provide any additional support or resources?
Yes. After a person completes their course, they may continue to access the course materials (including the References and Situations sections) as often as they like for the remainder of their subscription.

The References section provides quick access to important resources, such as procedures and forms, as well as links to third party websites that carry information relevant to the course material. The Situations section is a library of typical workplace scenarios applicable to the policy subject matter. Employees can review the scenarios and test themselves on applying the policy in various circumstances.

Some supervisor programs also include a Refresher feature. The Refresher is available as soon as a learner successfully completes the main course and remains open for the length of the subscription.

Tracking & Administration

Is it possible to track and monitor employee training?
Yes. Program administrators have access to an audit trail and reports that show the usage, test scoring and activity for each user. Administrators can also receive automatic notifications when a learner passes a final exam or completes their training, or when they are overdue to complete their training.
Is a Certificate of Completion available for people who complete a course?
Yes. All on-demand training courses include a printable certificate of completion. We can also include a printable certificate of completion andéor wallet card in any new or customized course. The certificate is available for the user to print once they have successfully passed the course.
How does the training support a due diligence process?
Corridor’s online learning system automatically generates and updates an individual’s training record. Using a standard set of reports, a program administrator can view usage and scoring to document the training taken and the individual’s level of understanding on a particular policy matter.
How long are course subscriptions?
Subscriptions for on-demand courses last three months. Subscriptions for custom training are typically for a one-year term but are flexible to suit your company’s needs.
