Supervisor Drug and Alcohol DOT Training
Making the Workplace Safer and Mitigating Liability with Training
Every commercial motor vehicle driver that operates a vehicle in the United States must understand and follow the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) Regulations. Designated individuals must be trained a minimum of one hour on controlled substance use and one hour on alcohol misuse. This course meets and exceeds the DOT Supervisor training requirements.
Not sure if you are subject to the DOT Regulations? Check out Am I Covered (U.S. DOT website) for more information.
In addition to understanding the DOT Regulations and ensuring employees comply, a supervisor must also monitor employee performance to ensure safe operations. - Making testing decisions in reasonable cause situations
