COVID-19 Mental Health Training
Partner with Us to Support your Employee’s Mental Health at No Cost
Corridor’s COVID-19 Mental Health Training provides a solution for employees struggling with the mental challenges that the COVID-19 pandemic has created. This online training supports employees by guiding their self-awareness, providing resilience strategies for coping and encouragement to reach out for support regarding their mental health, psychological health, and safety. There is a library of resources from experts like the CMHA (Canadian Mental Health Association), CDC (Center for Disease Control), Mayo Clinic, and Johns Hopkins University COVID Research. Additional resources address the challenges of working at home and approaches that include reaching out through social networks and helping to support colleagues who also may be having trouble adjusting to change or accessing help.
The COVID-19 pandemic has put many people into situations where they clearly require support. Corridor is pleased to provide this important training at no cost to help workers with the mental health aspects of dealing with COVID-19 and its impact on our lives. We are all in this together!
